Holiday villa cleaning in the south of Gran Canaria
We clean holiday rental villas for owners and property managers in the south of Gran Canaria. A villa takes longer than an apartment: more floor area, more bathrooms, more outdoor space and a lot more linen, so each turnover is planned property by property.
Turnovers between guests
For a rented villa we do the full changeover: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, laundry and bed preparation, accessible windows and accessible outdoor floor areas such as terraces and porches.
We do not offer pool or garden maintenance, so those need a separate provider. We are happy to plan our visit around their schedule.
Laundry, linen and beds
Bed linen and towels are washed and prepared as part of the turnover unless you use an external laundry service, and beds are made and ready for the next guests. Spare sets kept in the villa help a lot when the changeover window is tight.
Working around your bookings
Tell us the check-out and check-in times and we will say honestly what fits. When the same-day margin is short we agree in advance what has to be finished before the new guests can enter.
What we look at when quoting a villa
- Total size in square metres and number of floors
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Terraces, porches and other accessible outdoor areas
- Amount of linen and whether laundry is done on site
- How often the changeovers happen and how tight the window is
Why an inspection helps
For villas we prefer to see the property before quoting. Layout, finishes and the amount of glass change the time needed far more than floor area alone, so an inspection means the price we agree is the price that works.

- Do you clean the pool or the garden?
- No. We do not provide pool or garden maintenance. Our work is the interior of the villa plus accessible outdoor floor areas and accessible windows.
- Can you clean a villa between two bookings on the same day?
- Often yes, but it depends on the size of the villa and the time between check-out and check-in. Tell us the timings and we will say honestly what is possible.
- Is laundry included in a villa turnover?
- Yes, washing and preparing linen and towels is part of the agreed turnover unless you use an external laundry service.
