We clean private homes, apartments and bungalows for residents in the south of Gran Canaria, on a schedule agreed with each household. Visits can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off.
What a regular home clean covers
The scope is agreed before the first visit so the routine matches your home and the time booked.
- Kitchen: worktops, sink, hob, exterior of appliances
- Bathrooms: sanitary ware, shower or bath, mirrors and tiles
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting, surfaces and floors
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Bins emptied and the home left ventilated
- Accessible terrace or patio floors on request
Laundry and extras
Laundry, ironing and bed changes are not part of a standard residential clean, but they can be added to the visit if you tell us in advance so we allow the time for it.
Frequency and access
Most households choose a fixed weekday so the visit becomes routine. Access can be with your own keys, a key box or with someone at home, whichever you prefer; we agree it before starting.
How we quote
We quote per property once we know the size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and how often you want the visit. For larger homes we prefer to see the property first.

- We agree this with you before the first visit. Some households prefer their own products for specific surfaces, and we work with whatever is agreed.
- Can I book a one-off clean instead of a routine?
- Yes. One-off cleans and deep cleans can be booked without a regular schedule.
- Do you clean offices or communal areas?
- Our regular cleaning work covers private homes and holiday properties. For shops and commercial premises we only clean the glass and shopfronts.
