We clean holiday rental bungalows between guests and, when it suits the owner, resident bungalows on a regular schedule.
Holiday bungalow changeovers
Between guests we clean the whole bungalow and prepare it for the next arrival, working around your check-out and check-in times.

- Terrace or patio floor swept and washed where accessible

Sand, calima and salt air
Sand collects in sliding door tracks and on terrace furniture, and after a calima the whole property needs more than a quick pass. We take that into account when we plan the time for each visit rather than pretending it is the same job as an inland flat.
Bungalow complexes
If you have several bungalows in the same complex, or manage units for different owners in one resort, we can normally group them into the same visit and keep the schedule simpler.
Resident bungalows
For bungalows lived in all year we work on an agreed routine: weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a one-off clean. Laundry and bed changes are an extra to agree in advance so we allow the time.
How we quote
We quote per bungalow once we know the size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how much outdoor space there is and how often you need us. There is no fixed price list.

- Do you clean the terrace and the garden furniture?
- Accessible terrace and patio floors and outdoor furniture surfaces are part of the agreed clean. We do not offer garden or pool maintenance.
- Do you do same-day changeovers in a bungalow?
- Usually yes, depending on the size and the gap between check-out and check-in. Tell us the timings and we will say honestly what fits.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We work across the south of Gran Canaria: Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, San Fernando de Maspalomas, Sonnenland, Meloneras, San Agustín, Bahía Feliz, Salobre Golf, Puerto Rico and Mogán.
