Holiday apartment and turnover cleaning in the south of Gran Canaria

Unless we agree something different for your property, a standard changeover clean covers the whole apartment or bungalow and the laundry that goes with it.

• Full clean of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Washing and preparation of bed linen and towels
• Beds made and prepared for the next guests
• Accessible windows cleaned
• Terrace or patio floor swept and cleaned where accessible
• Bins emptied and the apartment left ventilated and ready

Changeovers rarely happen at convenient times. We plan around your check-out and check-in windows and, when a same-day turnaround is tight, we agree in advance what has to be finished before the new guests can enter.

If you manage several apartments in the same complex we can normally group them into one visit, which makes the schedule simpler for everyone.

Bed linen and towels are washed and prepared as part of the turnover unless you tell us you use an external laundry service. If you prefer to keep spare sets in the apartment we work with those, so there is always a clean set ready even on a fast changeover.

Guests notice the same points again and again: the shower screen, the inside of the fridge, the hob, the terrace floor and the linen. These are part of the standard changeover checklist, not only of a deep clean.

There is no fixed price list, because a studio near the beach and a three-bedroom bungalow are very different jobs. We quote per property once we know the size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether there is a terrace, and how often the changeovers happen. Ideally we visit the property first so the quote matches reality.
