    Post-construction and post-renovation cleaning

After building work the property looks finished, but fine dust is everywhere: on top of doors, inside cupboards, in window tracks and in the grout. It comes back two or three times before the property is really usable.

We clean homes and holiday properties once the building work is finished and the heavy debris has been removed.

    What the clean covers

    • Fine construction dust removed from surfaces, doors and frames
    • Floors vacuumed and washed repeatedly until the dust stops lifting
    • Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned in detail, including tiles and grout
    • Empty cupboards and wardrobes cleaned inside
    • Skirting boards, switches, handles and radiators
    • Accessible glass, frames and window tracks

    Paint, adhesive and cement residue

We remove superficial paint spots, adhesive marks and cement residue where it can be done reasonably and safely for the surface. Where a mark risks damaging the finish, we tell you instead of forcing it.

    What we do not do

We do not remove heavy rubble, bagged debris or building materials, and we do not carry out specialised trade work. The site should be clear of that before we start.

    After a small renovation

A new bathroom or kitchen leaves dust through the whole property, not only in that room. We usually clean the affected rooms plus the circulation areas, which is what actually makes the home feel finished.

    How we quote

Post-construction cleaning is quoted by size and condition. For larger jobs a site visit before quoting is the fairest way for both sides, because the amount of dust and residue changes the time far more than floor area does.

    Frequently asked questions

When should the clean be booked?
Once the work is finished and the debris has been taken away. If trades still have to come back, a second pass is usually needed.
Do you take away the rubble?
No. We do not remove heavy debris or building materials. We clean the property once the site is clear.
    Is one visit enough?
Often the property needs more than one pass because fine dust keeps settling. We tell you what we expect when we quote.

    Tell us about your property

Send us the details of your property by WhatsApp or email and we will prepare a quote. For larger or unusual properties we prefer to see it in person first.
