If you manage several holiday properties, the difficult part is not one clean: it is a calendar of check-outs and check-ins across different apartments, bungalows and villas, with linen to keep moving at the same time.

Coordinating several properties
We agree how you send us the calendar and the changes, and we plan the week around it. Properties in the same complex or the same area are grouped so the round makes sense on the ground.

Consistent preparation
Each property is left the same way every time: the scope for each unit is agreed once, in writing if you prefer, so a changeover does not depend on who is working that day.
Laundry and linen
Washing and preparing bed linen and towels is included in the standard changeover, together with bed making and accessible glass, unless you use your own laundry provider or we agree something different. Spare sets in the property are what makes a tight changeover possible.
Reporting what we find
When we find damage, something missing or a maintenance problem, we tell you the same day with photos if it helps. We do not carry out repairs, but you find out before the next guest does.
How we quote
We quote per property, based on size, bedrooms and bathrooms, linen and the expected volume of changeovers. For a portfolio we prefer to see a representative sample of the properties first.

- It depends on the season, the areas involved and the changeover volume. Tell us how many properties you have and where they are and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to.
- Do you use our checklists?
- Yes, if you have your own scope or checklist per property we work with it, once we have agreed the time it needs.
- Can you cover properties in different areas?
- We cover the south of Gran Canaria: Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, San Fernando de Maspalomas, Sonnenland, Meloneras, San Agustín, Bahía Feliz, Salobre Golf, Puerto Rico and Mogán. Properties close together are planned into the same round.
