Deep cleaning for homes and holiday properties
A deep clean is not a longer version of a regular clean. It is the work that a weekly or changeover clean never has time for: limescale, oven and extractor grease, behind and under appliances, skirting boards, door frames, tiles and grout.
We do deep cleans for holiday properties at the start or end of the season, for residential homes that have not had one in a while, and for end of tenancy situations.
Kitchen
- Oven, hob and extractor degreased inside and out
- Fridge and freezer cleaned inside where empty and switched off
- Cupboards cleaned inside and out where emptied
- Tiles, grout and worktops treated for grease and limescale
Bathrooms
- Limescale removed from shower screens, taps and tiles
- Grout scrubbed and drains cleared of hair and residue
- Extractor grilles and mirrors cleaned
Everywhere else
- Skirting boards, door frames, switches and handles
- Accessible windows, frames and tracks
- Terrace and patio floors where accessible
- Dust removed from high surfaces and light fittings that can be reached safely
End of tenancy
For a move-out clean the property should ideally be empty, so we can reach inside cupboards, behind furniture and under appliances. Tell us the date the keys have to be handed over and we will plan the visit around it.
Time and price
Deep cleans are quoted per property after we know the size, the number of bathrooms and the condition of the kitchen. Because condition matters so much here, an inspection before quoting is the fairest way for both sides.

- It depends entirely on the size and condition of the property. We give you a realistic time estimate together with the quote rather than a standard figure.
- Do I need to be there?
- No, as long as we can access the property. Many owners leave keys with us or with a neighbour or agency.
