Some properties have gone a long time without any cleaning, or have been left in poor condition after an occupation or a difficult tenancy. We take that work on discreetly, without judging anyone and without discussing the property with third parties.

The clean is planned in stages: clear the surfaces, then the deep work on kitchen, bathrooms and floors, and a final pass. We tell you in advance how many sessions we think it will take.

Where there has been a heavy accumulation of belongings or waste, the property is assessed first and the work is agreed with the family or the person responsible, calmly and privately.

If the condition requires a specialist — biological waste, sharps, hazardous chemicals, pest treatment or certified disinfection — we do not take that part on. We assess it beforehand and tell you clearly, so the right specialist can act first.

A shock clean is an intensive one-off intervention to bring a property back to a usable state, usually with a larger team and more hours, before returning to a normal routine or putting it back on the rental market.

A home that has been shut for months collects dust, damp smells and insects at the windows. Ventilating, cleaning textiles surfaces, window tracks and appliances brings it back before someone moves in or the season starts.

For a move-out clean the property should ideally be empty, so we can reach inside cupboards, behind furniture and under appliances. Tell us the date the keys have to be handed over and we will plan the visit around it.

Deep cleans are quoted per property after we know the size, the number of bathrooms and the condition of the kitchen. Because condition matters so much here, an inspection before quoting is the fairest way for both sides.
